Erica Evans brings a multidisciplinary background in leadership, event strategy, organizational operations, and stakeholder engagement. Her professional experience spans education, Her professional experience spans K–12 education, higher education administration, public service, and the aviation industry, where she has worked across complex environments requiring thoughtful coordination, sound judgment, and purposeful execution.
Throughout her career, she has brought people, priorities, and moving parts together to navigate challenges and create experiences with intention. Her perspective is shaped by an appreciation for both the details that make an experience possible and the human impact of how it is ultimately delivered.
